The use of FluiQ circle products not only avoids waste and CO2 during the regeneration of base oils, in contrast to the refining of new base oils, but also significantly improves important performance parameters such as the viscosity index.
1. collection and separation:
After the used oil has been collected, it is brought together and separated almost waste-free from unusable additives in several refining processes.
2. filtration
In subsequent processes, the mixture is chemically purified for the subsequent process.
3. addition of additives
By adding additives, the mixture is refined for the respective for the respective future use.
4. filling
By filling the products in consumer-optimised containers the recycled lubricant is made available for further use.

- By using recycled base oils, less oil needs to be extracted, transported and refined.
- The reduced extraction of crude oil leads to a significant reduction in the consumption of fossil raw materials and a much lower environmental impact during extraction and transport.
- The proportion of base oils that can be extracted from ‘waste oil’ is significantly higher than the proportion that is extracted from ‘fresh crude oil’.
- Used oil is no longer disposed of or incinerated after use, but is instead recycled.
- Less CO₂ is released during reprocessing and use compared to production

Performance improved!
Independent tests prove that the performance of remanufactured lubricants is at least as good, and in terms of key performance indicators such as the viscosity index even better, than lubricants based on new base oils.
